Garbage Customer Service = OVERNIGHTPRINTS.COM SUCK!

If it weren’t for the HORRIBLE customer service I received this morning from overnightprints.com I would just keep my mouth shut. However, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hands down. Here goes my rant…
After not receiving our holiday cards on Monday (expected delivery date) I called the company to see if there was just a blip in the delivery process. If they were late shipping and would get to us Tuesday or even Wednesday, I’d totally understand. BUT NO, this waste-of-my-space-employee left a bad taste in my mouth this morning. Here is why…
1. They offered very tiny compensation and would not ship any faster because it is a step higher than my original shipping cost. The shipping cost I paid more for to ensure a delivery date on (or near) MONDAY, DECEMBER 7TH. They said they could try to get it to me by Thursday.
2. They were unable to explain to me why my order had not been printed. Isn’t that what customer service is for? Shouldn’t I have received an email stating an error in my order process? Keep in mind I placed the order December 1st.
To top it all off….
After FINALLY canceling my order (which apparently had not even been started yet) I sent them a scathing email to all 9 departments/categories they allow you to email at 10:20am explaining my frustration. No response and it is now 4:40pm.
What a shit company. I strongly encourage people to never use this company.
